I know that has been a while but I would like to thank you for all your assistance with finding us our PERFECT home in Spain & to let everyone know how helpful you were in the process right through until now.

We were searching for a permanent home in Spain & planning to make the move from the UK back in 2014. We were very lucky to find Tony before he was working for Come Buy With Me, as nothing was to much trouble for him. Our original idea was to be in Estepona Town & Tony spent days showing us a variety of different 2 bed apartments around the town for our budget of 200k MAX but when Tony suggested he showed us the development that was nicknamed Tony's Townhouses (just outside the town) we were reluctant to stray further afield. However, after much persuasion we agreed to look & when we saw the quality of the Townhouses & the AMAZING prices, we went straight to the lawyer to put down our deposit for a WONDERFUL new 3 bed Townhouse, with marble throughout & front-line golf. Although we had to wait 16 months to move in & for the 1st Occupancy License & even though Tony had moved to another agency, he continued to help us in sorting anything that we asked. We eventually completed on our purchase early in 2017 & moved in April the same year. Even though Tony did not receive his commission from the original Estate Agent, he is still more than willing to continue to help us with ANYTHING that we ask & NOTHING is too much trouble. With over 30 years experience in this area & with his true love of the coast, we could not have been in better hands & you could not ask for a better person to find YOU the perfect property. I just wanted to thank Come Buy With Me for their fantastic service - in particular - Tony Reddin.
From the moment Tony took over my enquiry from the UK, he communicated with me constantly via email / phone calls – from sending me property details and links to where to stay (or not) during my visit to travelling from airport. He went as far as to call me on the Sunday I arrived to ensure I had landed safely and was comfortable getting myself to the hotel.
